Lodging Options in Vail

Vail offers a full range of accommodations, from economy and mid-range options to luxury and five-star properties. Below are four hotels that have extended preferred Interski rates. Booking information will be available starting June 1, 2026, and will be sent after you purchase your event pass.

The Hythe Hotel: Official Interski Host Hotel

A 4-star Colorado luxury resort, perfectly situated in Lionshead and one of two hotels hosting breakfast and dinner during Interski.

Tivoli Lodge

A 3-star hotel in the heart of Vail Village, just a short walk to Gold Peak.

Grand Hyatt

A 4-star ski-in/ski-out hotel located just west of Lionshead, offering complimentary shuttle service to both Lionshead and Vail Village.

Gravity Haus

A 4-star hotel located in the heart of Vail Village within walking distance of Gold Peak.

Interski Transportation Options

Epic Mountain Express offers coordinated shuttle transportation from both Denver International Airport and Eagle County Regional Airport directly to your lodging accommodations in Vail. A booking link will be available after June 1, 2026, and will be sent to you after you purchase your pass. Guests may book individually or as a group under a single name.

Once in town, a free shuttle bus system provides access to all of Vail Village and Lionshead.

Shuttle To / From Denver International Airport

  • Shared-ride mountain shuttle: $65 each way
  • 4-passenger private luxury SUV: $518
  • Private shuttle up to 12-passengers: $583 each way

Shuttle To / From Eagle County Regional Airport

  • Shared-ride mountain shuttle: $36 each way
  • 4-passenger private luxury SUV: $261
  • Private shuttle up to 12-passengers: $310 each way

Rental Cars

Details on rental car deals will be shared once sponsorship arrangements are finalized.

Parking fees apply. Hotel parking averages $60–$65 per day. Overnight parking in the Vail Village and Lionshead structures is $60. (Prices are for 2026 and may increase in 2027.)

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Shuttle: $10/person outside 24 hrs; non-refundable within 24 hrs. Private Vehicle: $75 outside 72 hrs; non-refundable within 72 hrs.

Entry Into the United States

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Passport: must be valid at least 6 months beyond your intended stay.

ESTA [for countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program]: you can apply any time before traveling and must apply 72-hours before departure; application fee is $40.

Visitor Visa [for countries not in the Visa Waiver Program]: you must apply for and be granted a non-immigrant Visitor Visa before your trip. You are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Customs Declaration Form: this can be completed electronically in advance of your trip or in paper form at the airport.

ENTRY PROCESS

When booking your flight, ensure you allow at least 2-3 hours to get through immigration and customs at your point of entry. Check estimated wait times at various airports here.

Once you clear customs, you will go through TSA Security Screening and then proceed to your connecting flight.

Upon arrival in the U.S. you will go through Immigration and Customs + Border Protection.
